Killers

Not to be confused with the wussy band from Las Vegas, the English band KILLERS essentially was a name change from Battlezone, who produced two great classic heavy metal albums in the 80's. The band continued their upward trajectory of heaviness culminating in 1994's "Menace to Society," clearly influenced by the groove metal of the time, yet still quite original.
