About the band: FORCED ENTRY. Forced Entry was an American thrash metal band, formed in 1983 in Seattle, Washington under the name Critical Condition. After the name change the band released 3 demos, even winning the '87 Northwest Music Award for "Best Metal Band," before getting picked up Combat Records to release their first album 'Uncertain Future.' The band released their second album 'As Above, So Below' in '91 and their EP 'The Shore' in '95 breaking up shortly thereafter. They are often regarded as pioneers of the Seattle thrash metal scene, along with Metal Church, Panic, Bitter End, Coven, R.I.P. and Sanctuary.
